Who We Are
The Quiet Resorts Charitable Foundation (QRCF), based in Coastal Delaware, is committed to improving lives through grants and scholarships in the towns we serve. We believe in the power of local action and the importance of commitment to our community.
We are a 100% volunteer organization, which means that ultimately, the QRCF is really made up of the people who run the races, volunteer at the events, take the polar plunge, attend the fundraisers, donate when they can -- in short, the QRCF is all of us.
