QRCF Kicks off 2020 with charitable giving

At the Bethany-Fenwick Chamber of Commerce Networking event on February 26, QRCF presented a donation of $8000 to the Delaware Center for the Inland Bays. The funds were raised from the QRCF’s annual Caribbean Christmas event held every year the first Saturday of December.
